Update July 2014

Holy cow! So I haven't posted anything for a while and for that I apologize! I have been busy but maybe not in the fitness-y way that this blog is directed towards! But, have no fear I am back and going at it! For the Month of July I have created a new "challenge"! I completed the "30 Day Ab Challenge" (Found on Google) and I wanted to do a "sqaut" challenge but I've realized, I'm not really into these "focused" challenges and I wanted something that challenge the whole body! So I've come up with this plan for the month of July! Check it out and try it with me!

Tai Cheng Day 4, 5, & 6

Sorry for the sparadic uploads! In an effort not to overload you feeds here is days 4, 5, & 6! As soon as I get caught up I will go back to one day at a time but I'm actually on day 19 of my 90 days so you can see I'm way behind on uploads! Sorry!! :)
